Back when I was a kid, there was a commercial nearly as famous as Life Cereal’s “Hey Mikey!”.  Here’s the setup—two people walking along accidentally collide: One eating chocolate, the other eating peanut butter. The result? “Hey, you got chocolate in my peanut butter! You got peanut butter in my chocolate!” And with that exchange, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup vaulted to national prominence. This made me think: how long have chocolate and peanut butter lived apart? Perhaps centuries? So, when I saw this band Rock Sugar combine heavy metal with 80’s pop lyrics to create songs such as “Don’t Stop The Sandman,” which mashes up the music of Metallica and Journey, I got a craving for a Reese’s®. What two things can you put together to make something great? Hurry up before someone beats you to it!
